During the graphics period i used illustrator to create a 'pattern' using shapes and exploring the use of colors and also sizes.
This is the original 'pattern' i started out with, i created this by using the shape tool and placing shapes within the box. I then used the fill tool the fill the shapes with colors. After i had created the pattern, i then created other boxes coming of one box but the fill type for the box with the pattern in which i created as the fill. I repeated this coming of one another and i feel as it looks rather interesting the way that the squares are at different places although you can still tell that the shapes join within the boxes.
I scanned an image into the computer that i drew, i wanted this on the computer so then i could do a digital drawing of it and manipulate it in ways, which could be interesting and unusual. Below are the stages of completion from the Scan to the Digital drawing and then to the complete digital drawing with colour.

Taking the finished image, i then edited parts of the collage scan and added them onto this to create a collage digitally. i like the final outcome due to the textured look against the bright colors used within the first edit.

I then took these and added them to the coloured edit to create the finalized image below.
